Important Notice to Travel Agencies: Group Reservation Changes and Inquiries

Recently, we have experienced an increasing number of cases in which tour guides contact our restaurants directly by phone to request changes to group reservations, including the number of guests, meal selections, and dining times, without going through the travel agency responsible for the booking.

To prevent misunderstandings, miscommunication, and reservation-related disputes, we do not accept reservation changes or inquiries by phone at our restaurants.

All inquiries and requests concerning group reservations must be submitted by email through the representative of the travel agency that arranged the booking.

For all group reservations, we require both parties to review and confirm a Group Dining Reservation Confirmation Form before the reservation is finalized.

Any requests for changes after confirmation must also be submitted by email directly from the responsible travel agency representative. Please note that certain changes may not be accommodated.

We kindly ask all travel agencies to inform their tour guides of these procedures in advance.

These policies are in place to ensure smooth restaurant operations, prevent misunderstandings, and provide a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
